Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of high volume quick service restaurant experience
- Ability to perform multiple crew positions
- Leadership qualities
- Knowledge of safe food handling
- ServSafe certification or equivalent
- Strong hospitality skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work under varying conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of high volume quick service restaurant experience
- Ability to perform crew functions including customer service, product preparation, cash accountability, drive-thru, and back-line food preparation
- Leadership qualities to coach crew on restaurant policies and customer service
- Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices
- ServSafe certified or approved equivalent
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to work in various temperature ranges, stand for long periods, work around allergens, and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Assist management in executing specific aspects of the restaurant operations during scheduled shifts
- Build strong relationships with crew members to foster a positive environment for learning and teamwork
- Assist the general manager and assistant manager with training and coaching of crew members
- Model Paris Baguette and DND Group policies and encourage the team to exceed expectations in service, performance, and safety
- Provide high quality service, maintain a clean environment, and create a warm friendly atmosphere for guests
- Accept direction from management and resolve routine customer complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure the restaurant is adequately organized and staffed through proper task assignments and break rotation
