Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of high volume quick service restaurant experience
  • Ability to perform multiple crew positions
  • Leadership qualities
  • Knowledge of safe food handling
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent
  • Strong hospitality skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work under varying conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of high volume quick service restaurant experience
  • Ability to perform crew functions including customer service, product preparation, cash accountability, drive-thru, and back-line food preparation
  • Leadership qualities to coach crew on restaurant policies and customer service
  • Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices
  • ServSafe certified or approved equivalent
  • Strong hospitality and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in various temperature ranges, stand for long periods, work around allergens, and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Assist management in executing specific aspects of the restaurant operations during scheduled shifts
  • Build strong relationships with crew members to foster a positive environment for learning and teamwork
  • Assist the general manager and assistant manager with training and coaching of crew members
  • Model Paris Baguette and DND Group policies and encourage the team to exceed expectations in service, performance, and safety
  • Provide high quality service, maintain a clean environment, and create a warm friendly atmosphere for guests
  • Accept direction from management and resolve routine customer complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the restaurant is adequately organized and staffed through proper task assignments and break rotation
