Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in retail management, food service industry, or equivalent retail experience
- current food handler certification or ability to obtain certification within the first 30 days
- basic math and reading skills including simple addition, multiplication, and subtraction
- ability to use and operate a calculator accurately
- attention to detail
- display leadership and coaching abilities respectfully and professionally
- strong guest focus and positive attitude
- availability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- compliance with all health and sanitation laws and regulations
- ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, squat, bend, and perform repetitive hand and arm motions

Job Duties
- Perform all the team member’s responsibilities such as preparing dough and other products
- roll, twist, dip, shape, bake, and bag pretzels, Cinnabons, and yogurt
- prepare specialty pretzels or other brand products for Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s
- insert, rotate, and remove pretzel and Cinnabon trays
- monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color
- oversee exceptional customer in-store experience by embodying brand core values
- execute and deliver quality store operations including cleaning blenders, small wares, merchandise and store facility
- operate food preparation machinery per age requirement
- maintain stocking of all supplies per inventory guidelines
- adhere to all Jamba food, safety and security guidelines
- master station operations of the store
- provide a healthy consistent product that follows health, safety, and sanitation standards
- support brand adherence and team member training
- dip, drain, and fill pretzels and cinnamon in the warmer or hot plate
- prepare drinks and bag orders using appropriate health and safety measures
- direct and coordinate activities of team members including coordinating meal and rest breaks
- maintain calm demeanor during high volume periods
- contact store management to secure replacement in case of call-offs or no-shows
- monitor product quality and adherence to operating procedures
- ensure guest service and positive guest experience
- address and resolve guest needs, questions, and complaints
- assure all opening and closing procedures including maintenance and cleaning are performed
- manage store funds during assigned shift including access to safe and shift drawers
- run register reports and complete daily cash reports
- follow all cash management policies
- comply with all company policies and relevant federal and state regulations
