Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience
  • previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred
  • high School diploma or equivalent
  • proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor
  • strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices
  • must be ServSafe certifiable

  • proficiency with computers and Point of Sale systems
  • flexibility and adaptability to meet DQ standards

Job Duties

  • Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts
  • strive for operational levels that meet or exceed fan expectations in quality, service, and atmosphere
  • accurately complete designated duties such as inventory control, ordering of products, cash control
  • ensure that shift leads and crew are trained and fully knowledgeable on all PRIDE systems and routines, product recipes, food safety practices and restaurant safety practices
  • assist in executing the restaurant’s business plan as directed by the GM including analyzing COGS and taking corrective action, maintaining inventory, adjusting labor, ensuring cash control and security procedures, and understanding P&L implications
  • ensure customer service meets or exceeds company standards and handle customer concerns and complaints effectively
  • assist the GM with hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members while enforcing policies and maintaining a positive working environment
  • assist in maintaining health and safety standards including food safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures
  • support local store marketing activities and bring ideas to attract new fans and increase sales
  • perform physically demanding duties such as working in varying temperatures, standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds
  • perform other duties as requested by the GM
