Job Requirements

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be proficient with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to interact with various stakeholders including employees, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant employees during shifts
  • Oversee general restaurant operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs
  • Assist managers with daily tasks and operational duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the facility
  • Promote a customer-focused culture among staff
  • Ensure adherence to Pilot Flying J's quality and service standards
