Job Requirements
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be proficient with calculator, computer, and other equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders including employees, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant employees during shifts
- Oversee general restaurant operations
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs
- Assist managers with daily tasks and operational duties
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the facility
- Promote a customer-focused culture among staff
- Ensure adherence to Pilot Flying J's quality and service standards
