Job Requirements

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
  • ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
  • ability to stand for 8-10 hours
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
  • ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching motions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • leadership and team development skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and cash handling
  • proficiency in managing food cost and labor cost
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification
  • ability to coach and develop team members
  • experience with P&L management

Job Duties

  • Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
  • assist management with training and coaching team members
  • utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
  • implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
  • set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
  • work with General and Assistant Managers to achieve high performance in restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control, workplace safety
  • follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
