Job Requirements

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
ability to stand for 8-10 hours
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching motions

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
leadership and team development skills
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of restaurant operations and cash handling
proficiency in managing food cost and labor cost
ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification
ability to coach and develop team members
experience with P&L management

Job Duties

Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
assist management with training and coaching team members
utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
work with General and Assistant Managers to achieve high performance in restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control, workplace safety
follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
