Job Requirements

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
  • Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
  • Ability to perform motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management
  • Leadership skills with ability to coach and develop staff
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and cash handling procedures
  • Proven ability to meet service and operational goals
  • Familiarity with P&L management
  • Ability to use restaurant operational systems and tools

Job Duties

  • Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
  • Assist management with training and coaching team members
  • Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
  • Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
  • Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
  • Work with General and Assistant Manager to achieve high performance in restaurant operations
  • Follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies
  • Implement all accounting controls
  • Monitor workplace safety
  • Manage P&L aspects such as food cost and labor cost
