Job Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management
- Leadership skills with ability to coach and develop staff
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and cash handling procedures
- Proven ability to meet service and operational goals
- Familiarity with P&L management
- Ability to use restaurant operational systems and tools
Job Duties
- Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
- Assist management with training and coaching team members
- Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
- Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
- Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
- Work with General and Assistant Manager to achieve high performance in restaurant operations
- Follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies
- Implement all accounting controls
- Monitor workplace safety
- Manage P&L aspects such as food cost and labor cost
