Job Duties
- Lead the team by guiding and supporting team members
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and resolving issues
- Ensure food quality by monitoring preparation and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant during shifts
- Communicate any major issues to the General Manager promptly
- Stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Foster a positive and motivational team environment
