Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience leading a team in a retail or restaurant setting
  • Able to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Capable of lifting 25-50 lbs
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
  • Commitment to following brand standards and company policies

Job Duties

  • Lead the team during assigned shifts to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment
  • Handle customer interactions professionally, addressing both positive feedback and concerns
  • Train team members on operational procedures and brand standards
  • Ensure food safety standards and procedures are followed meticulously
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including cash handling, food prep, and opening and closing tasks
  • Maintain stock levels and restaurant cleanliness throughout the shift
  • Support and motivate team members to work collaboratively and achieve goals
