Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience leading a team in a retail or restaurant setting
- Able to stand and move for most of the shift
- Capable of lifting 25-50 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
- Commitment to following brand standards and company policies

Job Duties
- Lead the team during assigned shifts to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment
- Handle customer interactions professionally, addressing both positive feedback and concerns
- Train team members on operational procedures and brand standards
- Ensure food safety standards and procedures are followed meticulously
- Manage daily restaurant operations including cash handling, food prep, and opening and closing tasks
- Maintain stock levels and restaurant cleanliness throughout the shift
- Support and motivate team members to work collaboratively and achieve goals
