Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience
  • ServSafe certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working with POS systems ideally Toast POS
  • Knowledge of craft beer and cocktail preparation
  • Ability to handle customer service challenges professionally
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgeable and experienced with Toast POS system
  • Knowledge of craft beer and cocktails
  • Familiarity with bartending techniques and beverage service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ServSafe certification required

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
  • Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery in the bar
  • Supervise and provide guidance and support to staff as needed
  • Approve variable discounts
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless coordination of events and services
  • Utilize bartending skills and experience effectively
