Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working with POS systems ideally Toast POS
- Knowledge of craft beer and cocktail preparation
- Ability to handle customer service challenges professionally
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable and experienced with Toast POS system
- Knowledge of craft beer and cocktails
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and beverage service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification required
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery in the bar
- Supervise and provide guidance and support to staff as needed
- Approve variable discounts
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless coordination of events and services
- Utilize bartending skills and experience effectively
- Ensure compliance with ServSafe standards
