Job Duties
- Perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders
- Direct daily operations of the restaurant in the General Manager's absence
- Ensure compliance with company standards for product preparation and delivery
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Oversee restaurant maintenance
- Manage team performance and inventory
- Execute other duties as assigned
