Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • one year restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
  • shift manager certified
  • food safety certification according to state or local requirements
  • reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance for positions requiring driving

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and operational responsibility during shifts
  • execute speed of service goals
  • resolve guest complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations
  • ensure restaurant team appearance is clean and orderly
  • manage food safety and quality standards
  • act as a role model by following company appearance and uniform standards
  • assist in restaurant goal-setting and achievement
  • provide constructive feedback to team members
  • facilitate conflict resolution
  • communicate reports to management
  • ensure proper product preparation and rotation
  • oversee restaurant equipment maintenance
  • respond promptly to safety and security issues
  • secure company assets
  • manage employee labor according to regulations
  • coordinate opening and closing procedures
  • support marketing programs and suggestive selling
  • maintain team productivity through appropriate deployment
  • facilitate team training when needed
