- one year restaurant experience with proven lead experience on all shifts
- shift manager certified
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance for positions requiring driving

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and operational responsibility during shifts
- execute speed of service goals
- resolve guest complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations
- ensure restaurant team appearance is clean and orderly
- manage food safety and quality standards

- assist in restaurant goal-setting and achievement
- provide constructive feedback to team members
- facilitate conflict resolution
- communicate reports to management
- ensure proper product preparation and rotation
- oversee restaurant equipment maintenance
- respond promptly to safety and security issues

- manage employee labor according to regulations
- coordinate opening and closing procedures
