Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma preferred
- Some college or restaurant management coursework preferred
- Six months of quick serve restaurant experience preferred
- Flexible to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Physical ability to stand lift bend squat reach sweep mop and work in varied temperatures

Job Duties
- Lead team members on shifts including assigning tasks such as cleaning line duties opening and closing duties
- Provide feedback and training to team members
- Control food costs labor waste and cash on the shift
- Uphold food safety security and labor standards
- Model authentic communication and foster an environment of respect trust and accountability
- Exceed brand standards and deliver a best-in-class guest experience through hospitality excellence
