Job Requirements
- High school or equivalency required
- College coursework or degree preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Ability to withstand work conditions in temperatures of 0 F or less and up to 100 F
- Ability to move throughout the restaurant for extended periods
- Ability to move 50 lbs for a distance of up to 10 feet
- Ability to balance and move up to 25 lbs for distances of up to 50 feet
- Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Hospitality industry experience preferred
- Proven track record of success as a restaurant manager
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong guest service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Delegate duties and fairly assign specific tasks to ensure team members are prepared for guests
- Responsible for the training and development of team members
- Contribute to a team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments
- Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines
- Follow all Capriotti's procedures and operational policies including cash handling, sanitation, and safety/security
- Assist with labor management costs
- Demonstrate proficiency in all areas of shop operations and assist where needed during assigned shift
