Job Requirements
- Must meet legal age requirements to sell regulated products
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 65 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and listen frequently
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Dependability and integrity
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions including heat, cold, allergens, noise, fumes, and odors
- Must be able to perform physical tasks required by the position

Job Duties
- Greet every customer with a smile, thank them for their business, and invite them back
- Perform cashier duties, including ringing up sales, applying promotions, and ensuring accuracy
- Provide fast, friendly service and promote store products and services
- Maintain store cleanliness, including sales floor, coolers, pumps, and foodservice areas
- Stock, rotate, and label shelves, coolers, and displays
- Manage food service and beverage programs to maximize sales and compliance
- Check in vendors and communicate as needed
- Lead completion of key store tasks and support special projects
- Assist with schedule adjustments and communicate changes to the Store Manager
- Partner with Store and Assistant Managers to coach and motivate team members
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (alcohol, tobacco, Lotto, etc.)
- Perform additional duties as assigned
