Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age where applicable
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess math and writing skills
  • Be able to fluently speak and read English
  • Preferably have restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  • Demonstrate competencies in guest focus, passion for results, problem solving, decision making, and team building

Job Duties

  • Coach Crew Members throughout shifts to uphold operational standards and ensure excellent guest experience
  • Communicate clearly with team members about responsibilities and provide respectful feedback and recognition
  • Deploy team members effectively to meet service standards and guest needs
  • Support training efforts directed by management
  • Monitor and hold team accountable for performance
  • Prioritize guest satisfaction and model exceptional service
  • Drive urgency among Crew to meet guest needs and resolve problems promptly
  • Enforce use of systems, tools, and procedures and correct deficiencies
  • Monitor quality, service, and cleanliness standards during shifts
  • Complete required training including ServSafe certification
  • Ensure execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
  • Control labor, food, and cash costs by following established processes
  • Ensure compliance with cleanliness, food safety, and security policies
  • Report equipment issues and escalate performance concerns to management
  • Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies
