Job Description

We are not your everyday fast food franchisee. We are a unique, freaky F.A.S.S.T. Jimmy John's franchisee committed to delivering fresh, high-quality sandwiches in a fast and friendly environment. Our approach focuses heavily on maintaining a culture in which employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow within the organization. At Jimmy John's, you are not just working in fast food; you are becoming part of a brand that strives to be different by caring deeply about our food, customers, and team members alike. We provide competitive wages alongside an attractive benefits package, opportunities for career advancement, and a team culture that is energetic and dynamic.

The role of Person in Charge is vital within our store operations. This position is designed for dynamic individuals who are ready to take responsibility during assigned shifts when the management team is not present. You will act as the leader on the floor, guiding the team to ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently, meets high standards for food quality and cleanliness, and delivers excellent customer service. As a Person in Charge, you will oversee the daily operations of the store which includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met. This role requires a hands-on leader who is not afraid to jump in during busy periods to assist with food preparation and customer interactions. You will also be responsible for completing administrative tasks such as paperwork and assisting with maintenance of store equipment.

This position offers a unique chance to develop essential leadership and management skills in a fast-paced food service environment. We provide extensive training and ongoing support to equip you with the tools needed to succeed. Whether you are seeking to build a career in the food industry or looking to develop skills that can propel you to higher management roles, this opportunity offers a solid foundation. With the chance to advance to Assistant Manager, General Manager, Area Manager, or even Director of Operations, your career trajectory is clearly supported here. We value individuals who exhibit pride and ownership of their store location and are eager to develop a long-term career with us.

Join us and experience working in a place where fun, freshness, and freaky fast service come together to create not just great food but a rewarding work experience. This is more than just a job – it's a path to becoming a leader in the industry with the support and encouragement of a growing and innovative organization.
