Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- reliable transportation
- ability to lift 50lbs
- hardworking and team-oriented
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to lead a team independently
- strong communication and training skills
- ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
- ability to work with restaurant technology
- willingness to perform all restaurant duties including delivery
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- strong people and customer service skills
- ability to operate phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers
- knowledge of inventory management systems
- ability to perform all restaurant positions including pizza delivery
Job Duties
- Execute cash management duties with POS and shift reports
- assist in the management of inventory levels to minimize loss
- ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized
- comply with safety and security standards
- lead and train team members
- respond promptly to customer concerns
- promote quality standards and build a positive team atmosphere
