Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of proven experience and/or training in a management or leadership role or at least 2 years of education from college or technical school in business management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Ability to stand and move about for extended periods
- Ability to lift and transport up to 40 lbs
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, twisting, and occasional use of ladders and step stools
- Ability to work in varying environments including refrigerated temperatures, outdoor conditions, and moderate noise levels

Job Duties
- Serve as manager on duty in training, open and close the store, and assist store management in operations
- Greet guests upon entry and provide prompt, friendly, and engaging service
- Operate point-of-sale terminal to process guest transactions including cash handling and applying discounts
- Stay current on training, company policies, and product knowledge to provide informed service
- Train, coach, and direct sales associates when acting as manager on duty in training
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the store including sales floor and stockroom
- Assist with daily property upkeep such as sweeping, trash removal, and restroom cleaning
- Provide wrapping service for products, assemble custom gift baskets, and offer carryout service
- Unload and put away weekly deliveries, merchandise and display products per operational guidelines
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by store management
