Job Requirements
- minimum age of sixteen years or older to apply
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- willingness to follow Smoothie King’s policies and procedures
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills for cash handling
- previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- blend delicious tasting smoothies
- ensure guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
- greet and engage the guest to provide a friendly experience
- properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
- perform opening and/or closing duties
- perform store checklist tasks
- assist in team member management throughout shift
- fulfill cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments
