- Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply
- ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a 'guest comes first' attitude
- availability to work flexible shifts including opening and closing hours
- dependable and punctual

Job Duties
- Blend delicious tasting smoothies
- ensure guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
- greet and engage the guest to provide a friendly experience
- properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
- perform opening and/or closing duties
- perform store checklist tasks
- assist in team member management throughout shift
- fulfill cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments
