Job Requirements
- Minimum age of sixteen (16) years or older
- ability to connect and communicate effectively with guests and team members
- willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle cash and follow store operational procedures
- capability to perform physical tasks such as prepping ingredients and standing for extended periods
- previous experience in customer service or fast-food environments preferred
- strong leadership and teamwork skills
- commitment to promoting and living Smoothie King's core values

Job Duties
- Blends delicious tasting smoothies
- ensures guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
- greets and engages the guest to provide a friendly experience
- properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
- performs opening and/or closing duties
- performs store checklist tasks
- shows up on time and ready to work
- lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
- assists in team member management throughout shift
- fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments
