Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years old
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to manage and lead team members
- Willingness to take on new challenges

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as prepping ingredients and standing for long periods
Job Qualifications
- Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a 'guest comes first' attitude
- Minimum age of sixteen years or older
- Experience in a fast-food environment preferred but not necessary
Job Duties
- Blends delicious tasting smoothies
- Ensures guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
- Greets and engages the guest to provide a friendly experience
- Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
- Performs opening and/or closing duties
- Performs store checklist tasks
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
- Assists in team member management throughout shift
- Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments
