Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service role
  • Experience with point of sales systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to manage time efficiently
  • Friendly and patient with customers
  • Detail oriented and results driven
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States
  • Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests
  • Support store leadership by maintaining operations during shifts
  • Communicate pertinent information to team members
  • Monitor production efficiency and hold the team accountable to company standards
  • Assist in training and coaching team members
  • Prioritize and delegate baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning tasks
  • Manage cash handling and deposits
  • Provide a safe and clean working environment adhering to food safety practices
  • Work alongside cookie crew to ensure smooth operations
