- Supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Manage team members in recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance management
- Comply with company policies, practices, and procedures and communicate changes to the team
- Work with General Manager to control operating costs to meet financial objectives
- Assist General Manager in maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Maintain building and equipment and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures
- Enforce all safety and security policies to maintain a safe environment
- Participate in local store marketing efforts
- Uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
- Model and encourage shared values focusing on customer satisfaction and workforce integrity
