Job Duties

  • Manage team members in recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance management
  • Comply with company policies, practices, and procedures and communicate changes to the team
  • Work with General Manager to control operating costs to meet financial objectives
  • Assist General Manager in maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Maintain building and equipment and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures
  • Enforce all safety and security policies to maintain a safe environment
  • Participate in local store marketing efforts
  • Uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
  • Model and encourage shared values focusing on customer satisfaction and workforce integrity
