Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in food service industry
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background screening
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness to be coached
- Ability to work varied hours
- Customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience in food service including breakfast and drive-thru
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lead meetings

- Ability to work varied hours and days
Job Duties
- Manage team members including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Comply with company policies, practices, and procedures and communicate changes to team members
- Work with General Manager to control operating costs and meet financial objectives
- Maintain accurate inventory with assistance from General Manager
- Maintain building and equipment according to company standards and regulations
- Ensure cash procedures are followed
- Enforce safety and security policies to maintain a safe environment
