Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months experience in food service industry
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass background screening
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Willingness to be coached
  • Ability to work varied hours
  • Customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • At least 6 months experience in food service including breakfast and drive-thru
  • Supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage team members including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Comply with company policies, practices, and procedures and communicate changes to team members
  • Work with General Manager to control operating costs and meet financial objectives
  • Maintain accurate inventory with assistance from General Manager
  • Maintain building and equipment according to company standards and regulations
  • Ensure cash procedures are followed
  • Enforce safety and security policies to maintain a safe environment
