Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months experience in food service industry including breakfast and drive-thru services
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi task and work effectively under pressure
- Willingness to be coached by management
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background screening
- Availability to work varied hours and days

Job Duties
- Manage team members including recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance management
- Comply with company policies, practices, and procedures and communicate changes to team members
- Control operating costs to meet or exceed financial objectives
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory to ensure adequate supply of necessary products and items
- Maintain building and equipment and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures
- Enforce safety and security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment
- Participate in local store marketing efforts
- Uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
- Model and encourage shared values focusing on customer satisfaction and workforce integrity
