Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months experience in food service industry including breakfast and drive-thru services
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and work effectively under pressure
  • Willingness to be coached by management
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background screening
  • Availability to work varied hours and days

Job Duties

  • Manage team members including recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance management
  • Comply with company policies, practices, and procedures and communicate changes to team members
  • Control operating costs to meet or exceed financial objectives
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory to ensure adequate supply of necessary products and items
  • Maintain building and equipment and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures
  • Enforce safety and security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment
  • Participate in local store marketing efforts
  • Uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
  • Model and encourage shared values focusing on customer satisfaction and workforce integrity
