Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 6 months experience in food service industry
- valid driver's license
- pass background screening
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- customer service orientation
- ability to lead and train team members
Job Qualifications
- at least 6 months experience in the food service industry including breakfast and drive-thru services
- supervisory experience preferred
- strong written and oral communication skills
- ability to lead meetings

Job Duties
- manage team members including recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance management
- comply with company policies, practices, and procedures and communicate changes to team members
- assist General Manager in controlling operating costs to meet or exceed financial objectives
- maintain accurate inventory to ensure adequate supply of products
- maintain building and equipment in compliance with company standards and regulations
- ensure adherence to cash handling procedures
- enforce safety and security policies and procedures
- participate in local store marketing efforts
- uphold food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
- model and encourage shared values focusing on customer satisfaction and workforce integrity
