Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 6 months experience in food service industry
  • valid driver's license
  • pass background screening
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • manage team members including recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance management
  • comply with company policies, practices, and procedures and communicate changes to team members
  • assist General Manager in controlling operating costs to meet or exceed financial objectives
  • maintain accurate inventory to ensure adequate supply of products
  • maintain building and equipment in compliance with company standards and regulations
  • ensure adherence to cash handling procedures
  • enforce safety and security policies and procedures
  • participate in local store marketing efforts
  • uphold food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
  • model and encourage shared values focusing on customer satisfaction and workforce integrity
