Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and grasp up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods with limited breaks
  • Capability to ascend and descend stairs while carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Capacity to perform stooping, pushing, pulling, kneeling, bending, twisting frequently
  • Willingness to work both as delivery driver and kitchen team member
  • Must be available to work peak business days including special events
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a noisy environment
  • Must be able to hear and speak clearly over the phone
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks safely
  • Physical stamina and strength to meet the demands of the role

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency for handling paperwork and inventory
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment

Job Duties

  • Serve as the manager on duty in the absence of salaried managers
  • Oversee, train, and evaluate 3-6 employees per shift
  • Manage daily operations including product preparation, sales, inventory, and service
  • Execute opening and closing procedures and complete daily paperwork
  • Conduct inventory checks to ensure accuracy
  • Optimize delivery efficiency by routing orders effectively
  • Maintain a positive attitude and lead by example
  • Assist with front-of-house tasks such as greeting customers, taking orders, and handling transactions
  • Support performance management including coaching team members
  • Bake and prepare treats following company recipes
  • Accurately package orders for delivery or pickup
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety guidelines
