Job Requirements

  • Willingness to work both delivery driver and kitchen shifts as needed
  • Availability for peak business days including Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine's Day
  • Ability to lift, carry, and grasp up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods with limited breaks
  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs while carrying items
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to work independently as a lone worker in the store
  • Ability to perform computer work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to hear and speak clearly over the telephone

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible and varied shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Serve as the manager on duty in the absence of salaried managers
  • Oversee, train, and evaluate the work of 3-6 employees per shift
  • Manage daily operations including product preparation, sales, inventory, and service
  • Execute opening and closing procedures and complete daily paperwork
  • Conduct inventory checks to maintain accuracy
  • Optimize delivery efficiency by routing orders
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and lead by example
  • Assist with front-of-house tasks including greeting customers and handling transactions
  • Support performance management by coaching team members
  • Bake and prepare treats following company recipes
  • Accurately package orders for delivery or pickup
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
