Job Requirements

  • Pass ServSafe certification or equivalent within 90 days
  • Ability to work independently and support team efforts
  • Interact appropriately with customers and team members
  • Meet eligibility requirements for specified contract assignments
  • Pass organization screening including background checks
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work variable hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience in food services or related field
  • At least one year of experience in a lead or supervisory role
  • Ability to work independently and support team efforts
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must pass ServSafe certification or equivalent within 90 days of employment

Job Duties

  • Safely perform contract duties as assigned by management
  • Provide quality customer service at all times
  • Learn all aspects of the job and apply knowledge effectively
  • Lead and supervise team members during shifts
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards including ServSafe certification
  • Interact appropriately with customers and team members
  • Support independent work as needed to uphold team performance
