Job Duties
- Understand all company standards and procedures as described in training materials
- Support all health and safety protocols every shift
- Ensure guests receive immediate, friendly, and courteous service
- Oversee food and beverage preparation according to B.GOOD procedures
- Set a positive tone and motivate the team with an inspirational attitude
- Manage sales, service, quality, cleanliness, and labor according to company objectives
- Handle cash and receipts following company policies
- Prepare paperwork including forms, reports, and schedules timely
- Work with management to meet budget and sales targets
- Execute ordering and receiving of products accurately and according to standards
- Manage inventory to prevent shortages
- Maintain building and equipment cleanliness and standards
- Ensure compliance with food handling systems and logs
- Provide fair and direct feedback to crew members
- Control labor costs and staffing needs
- Administer prompt and fair corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Assist with marketing, advertising, and promotions
- Manage opening, closing, and transition periods effectively
