Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Support General and Assistant Managers in operational tasks
  • Monitor and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Train and coach team members for improved performance
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records related to shift operations
