Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Assist with managing a shift of Team Members to achieve sales and profit goals
- Ensure delivery of heartfelt guest service during the shift
- Support General and Assistant Managers in operational tasks
- Monitor and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Train and coach team members for improved performance
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records related to shift operations
