Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months leadership or management experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proof of auto insurance with authorized driver status
- Access to a personal vehicle for deliveries
- Ability to work flexible and varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Safe and responsible driving habits
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proof of current auto insurance with the driver's name as an authorized driver
- Availability to work flexible hours including days nights and weekends
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and safely
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred
Job Duties
- Serve as the manager on duty in the absence of salaried managers leading the team and ensuring smooth store operations
- Oversee train and evaluate the work of 3-6 employees per shift fostering a productive and positive work environment
- Manage daily operations including product preparation sales inventory and service to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Execute opening and closing procedures complete daily paperwork and conduct inventory checks to maintain accuracy
- Optimize delivery efficiency by routing orders to maximize speed and delivery business
- Maintain a positive can-do attitude setting the tone for the team and leading by example in every role
- Assist with front-of-house tasks including greeting customers taking orders handling transactions and ensuring order accuracy
