Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months leadership or management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Proof of auto insurance
- Access to a personal vehicle for deliveries when needed
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in hot, cold, and rainy conditions
- Capability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to take visual and audible cues
- Must be able to perform cleaning and sanitation tasks
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of six months leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, days, nights, and closing hours
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proof of current auto insurance with driver authorization
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with customer service and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
Job Duties
- Serve as the manager on duty during salaried managers' absence
- Lead, train, and evaluate the work of 3-6 employees per shift
- Manage daily store operations including product preparation, sales, inventory, and service
- Execute opening and closing procedures and complete daily paperwork
- Conduct inventory checks to maintain accuracy
- Optimize delivery efficiency by routing orders effectively
- Maintain a positive attitude and lead by example
- Assist with front-of-house tasks such as greeting customers, taking orders, and handling transactions
- Support performance management including coaching and feedback
- Bake and prepare treats following company recipes and quality standards
- Package orders accurately for delivery or pickup
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Deliver treats using company or personal vehicles efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries
- Assist with order packaging and store cleaning
