- At least 6 months experience in food service industry including breakfast and drive-thru services
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background screening
- Ability to work varied hours and days

Job Duties
- Manage team members including recruitment, selection, orientation, training and performance management
- Comply with company policies, practices and procedures and communicate changes to team members
- Work with General Manager to control operating costs and meet financial objectives
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory to ensure adequate supply of products
- Maintain building, equipment, reports and records according to standards and regulations
- Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures
- Enforce safety and security policies to maintain a safe environment
- Participate in local store marketing efforts
- Uphold food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
- Model and encourage shared values focusing on customer satisfaction and workforce integrity
