Job Requirements

- 1-3 years of restaurant or guest service experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong communicator and problem solver
- Hands-on leader who leads by example
- Excellent at multitasking, organizing, and coaching under pressure
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead by example while serving guests and supporting your team
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) handling daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team deployment
- Oversee front-of-house operations ensuring a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment
- Deliver exceptional hospitality, resolve guest issues promptly, and make every visit a great experience
- Coach and motivate team members in real time to uphold Luna Grill's standards
- Support with inventory counts, shift recaps, and basic administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain service flow and food quality
- Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and labor policies
