Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of food service experience including breakfast and drive-thru
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work varied hours and days
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage time and multitask effectively
  • Willingness to comply with background screening
  • Physical capability to perform restaurant duties
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least 6 months experience in the food service industry including breakfast and drive-thru services
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to lead meetings as needed
  • 100 percent effort to doing quality work and providing great customer service
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Ability and willingness to greet customers on the floor
  • Willingness to be coached by management staff for skill development
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work varied hours and days to oversee restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Manage team members in the restaurant ensuring recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance management
  • Comply with company policies, practices and procedures and communicate changes to team members
  • Work with General Manager to control operating costs to meet or exceed financial objectives
  • Assist General Manager in maintaining an accurate inventory to ensure adequate supply of products
  • Maintain building, equipment, reports and records in compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Ensure cash procedures are adhered to
  • Enforce all safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment
  • Participate in local store marketing efforts
  • Uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
  • Model and encourage shared values focusing on customer satisfaction and high integrity workforce
