Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of food service experience including breakfast and drive-thru
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work varied hours and days
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage time and multitask effectively
- Willingness to comply with background screening
- Physical capability to perform restaurant duties
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience in the food service industry including breakfast and drive-thru services
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lead meetings as needed
- 100 percent effort to doing quality work and providing great customer service
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability and willingness to greet customers on the floor
- Willingness to be coached by management staff for skill development
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to work varied hours and days to oversee restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Manage team members in the restaurant ensuring recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance management
- Comply with company policies, practices and procedures and communicate changes to team members
- Work with General Manager to control operating costs to meet or exceed financial objectives
- Assist General Manager in maintaining an accurate inventory to ensure adequate supply of products
- Maintain building, equipment, reports and records in compliance with company standards and regulations
- Ensure cash procedures are adhered to
- Enforce all safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment
- Participate in local store marketing efforts
- Uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
- Model and encourage shared values focusing on customer satisfaction and high integrity workforce
