Job Requirements

  • At least 6 months experience in the food service industry, including breakfast and drive-thru services
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to lead meetings
  • Demonstrated 100 percent effort to quality work and providing great customer service
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Ability and willingness to greet customers on the floor
  • Willingness to be coached by management staff to develop skills and grow business
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must pass a background screening
  • Ability to work varied hours and days

Job Duties

  • Manage team members in recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance management under the direction of the General Manager
  • Comply with company policies, practices, and procedures and communicate all changes to team members
  • Work with General Manager to control operating costs to meet or exceed financial objectives
  • Assist General Manager in maintaining accurate inventory to ensure adequate supply of products
  • Maintain building, equipment, reports, and records in compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Ensure adherence to cash procedures
  • Enforce safety and security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment
  • Participate in local store marketing efforts
  • Uphold food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
  • Model and encourage shared values focusing on customer satisfaction and a high integrity workforce
