Job Requirements
- At least 6 months experience in the food service industry, including breakfast and drive-thru services
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lead meetings
- Demonstrated 100 percent effort to quality work and providing great customer service
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Ability and willingness to greet customers on the floor
- Willingness to be coached by management staff to develop skills and grow business
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass a background screening
- Ability to work varied hours and days

Job Duties
- Manage team members in recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance management under the direction of the General Manager
- Comply with company policies, practices, and procedures and communicate all changes to team members
- Work with General Manager to control operating costs to meet or exceed financial objectives
- Assist General Manager in maintaining accurate inventory to ensure adequate supply of products
- Maintain building, equipment, reports, and records in compliance with company standards and regulations
- Ensure adherence to cash procedures
- Enforce safety and security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment
- Participate in local store marketing efforts
- Uphold food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
- Model and encourage shared values focusing on customer satisfaction and a high integrity workforce
