Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1 or more years of restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required
- Able to work a variety of schedules in accordance with business needs
- May be required to transfer from one location to another as business needs dictate
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending and stooping
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lb
- Able to effectively and safely use kitchen equipment
- Possess basic math and computer skills
- Displays professional and appropriate image and appearance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure a safe and secure environment is maintained by following Skyline policy and procedures
- Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to team members
- Ensure all company food safety procedures are followed and comply with health/sanitation regulations
- Lead and demonstrate Skyline Time service and ensure all employees provide this level of hospitality
- Supervise team members and prepare food to ensure quality products are served
- Follow up with team members regarding food preparation and company procedure to minimize food costs
- Monitor labor usage against sales and act when necessary
- Execute, train and monitor proper cash control procedures
- Ensure proper training for team members through established training systems
- Provide ongoing coaching to team members
- Perform all functions of a production employee when needed
- Perform other job-related duties as may be assigned or required
