Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience at competitor brands such as Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, Panera, Krispy Kreme, Chick-fil-a, diner, waiter/waitress will help with training
  • Multilingual abilities such as Spanish, Portuguese are a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to meet safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis
  • Assist management team in team member support and coaching
  • Ensure tasks are performed effectively
