Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience at competitor brands such as Starbucks, McDonald's, Burger King, Panera, Krispy Kreme, Chick-fil-a, diner, waiter/waitress helpful
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Multilingual skills such as Spanish, Portuguese are a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and processes

Job Duties

  • Supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis
  • Assist management team in providing team member support and coaching
  • Ensure tasks are performed effectively and efficiently
  • Maintain excellent guest satisfaction and service speed
  • Meet safety and sanitation standards
  • Anticipate and exceed guests' needs and expectations
  • Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
