Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience at competitor brands such as Starbucks, McDonald's, Burger King, Panera, Krispy Kreme, Chick-fil-a, diner, waiter/waitress helpful
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Multilingual skills such as Spanish, Portuguese are a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and processes
Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis
- Assist management team in providing team member support and coaching
- Ensure tasks are performed effectively and efficiently
- Maintain excellent guest satisfaction and service speed
