Job Qualifications

  • prior experience at competitor brands such as Starbucks, McDonalds, Burger King, Panera, Krispy Kreme, Chick-fil-A, diner, waiter or waitress will help with training
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • passion for delivering excellent guest satisfaction
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • multilingual abilities such as Spanish or Portuguese are a plus
