Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience at competitor brands such as Starbucks, McDonald's, Burger King, Panera, Krispy Kreme, or similar is a plus
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- customer service experience is an advantage
- multilingual skills including Spanish or Portuguese are beneficial
Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis
- assist management team in providing team member support and coaching
- ensure tasks are performed effectively during each shift
- maintain excellent guest satisfaction by ensuring service speed and product quality
- meet safety and sanitation standards
