Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver's license
- must complete and obtain company-paid ServSafe Manager's Certification within 90 days of hire
- reliable transportation
- familiar with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- must be able to work in any area of the restaurant
- able to bend, stand, and walk the entire day
- ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- flexible work schedule
- provide exceptional customer service
- enjoy bantering and interacting with others
- demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and integrity
- demonstrate solid leadership characteristics
- 1 year preferred high-volume restaurant supervisory experience including quick service or fast casual dining
- ability to move or transport up to 50 pounds without assistance unless medically restricted
- work 38-40 hours per week

Job Qualifications
