Job Duties
- supervise restaurant employees during shifts to ensure job responsibilities are met
- motivate and direct employees to work proficiently at assigned stations
- provide adult supervision to employees under 18 years old
- utilize cost-control tools to achieve food, paper, and labor goals
- ensure each shift is prepared to meet customer needs
- follow up on task completion according to procedures
- maintain a fun and fast-paced friendly work environment
