Job Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a fast food or casual dining setting
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience
  • Ability to work on-site
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Perform all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member
  • Ensure outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment
  • Train newer or less experienced crew members
  • Practice inventory control standards
  • Ensure store policies are followed by all staff members
  • Maintain appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards
  • Open and/or close the restaurant and meet required work hours
  • Manage and motivate crew members
  • Coordinate breaks effectively and quickly
  • Assemble and package orders according to Wingstop standards
  • Assist all other positions when necessary
  • Keep the kitchen and dining room clean throughout the shift
  • Ensure all crew members are health safety conscious
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and with a good attitude
  • Ensure the store is clean at closing and all daily closing procedures are followed
  • Promote the Wingstop brand and uphold operating requirements including QSC
  • Enforce the Wingstop uniform and jewelry policy
  • Ensure each guest has a positive, long-lasting impression
  • Control and maintain cash handling and account for voids or refunds
  • Ensure daily and weekly cleaning tasks are met
  • Meet and adjust order quote times for peak hours
  • Avoid overtime for crew unless approved
  • Keep kitchen well manned and organized during peak periods
  • Represent the Wingstop brand
