Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
reliable transportation required
ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
ability to lead a team independently
ability to perform all restaurant job duties including pizza delivery
proficiency with phones, computers, and copiers
bilingual in certain markets

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
successful and stable employment history
cash management skills
effective communication and leadership abilities
customer service orientation
ability to train and motivate team members
knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in making quality products and ensuring orders meet standards
professionally respond to customer concerns and solicit feedback
communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members
supervise restaurant team, maintain staffing levels, train and coach for performance
contribute to sales goals through customer service and sales execution
manage profit goals, cash handling, inventory levels, and maintain safety and cleanliness
ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
