Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • reliable transportation required
  • ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies
  • physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • ability to lead a team independently
  • ability to perform all restaurant job duties including pizza delivery
  • proficiency with phones, computers, and copiers
  • bilingual in certain markets

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in making quality products and ensuring orders meet standards
  • professionally respond to customer concerns and solicit feedback
  • communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members
  • supervise restaurant team, maintain staffing levels, train and coach for performance
  • contribute to sales goals through customer service and sales execution
  • manage profit goals, cash handling, inventory levels, and maintain safety and cleanliness
  • ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
