Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • completion of a background check
  • ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • capability to perform repetitive movements for extended periods
  • occasional use of taste, smell, and far vision
  • ability to work variable days and hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • ability to work in a standard restaurant environment with exposure to extreme conditions

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred

Job Duties

  • lead the team during shifts to ensure smooth operations

  • oversee daily restaurant functions including food quality and safety standards
  • manage employee schedules and delegate tasks efficiently
  • handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • maintain inventory and supply levels
  • support staff training and development initiatives
