Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work 32 plus hours per week including nights, weekends, and unscheduled shifts
- Successful and stable employment history
- Ability to perform job duties of all restaurant positions
- Commitment to company core values
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures
- Capacity to handle customer interactions professionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Food service certification such as Serv-Safe preferred
- Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Experience with cash handling and inventory management
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high product quality and customer service standards
Job Duties
- Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure quality products and customer service
- Adhere to guidelines for dough management, accuracy, and proper portioning
- Perform station duties including product preparation and holding times
- Contribute to meeting the company’s product goals
- Minimize customer complaints and respond appropriately
- Maintain shift coverage and correct problems immediately
- Ensure compliance with policies related to safety, security, and attendance
- Manage cash handling and inventory control
- Contribute to profit goals by controlling food and labor costs
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and operational standards
