Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Serv-Safe or local/state food service certification preferred
  • Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Experience working in fast-paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge of cash registers and money handling
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices

Job Duties

  • Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning
  • Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products, follows all product preparations procedures and maintains established product holding times
  • Commits to meeting the needs and expectations of restaurant customers, minimizes complaints and responds appropriately
  • Follows all policies and procedures outlined in the TM handbook including image, attendance, safety and security
  • Exhibits the Core Values, maintains a positive attitude, works well with others and adapts to change
  • Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback to correct problems
  • Maintains product quality, customer service and performance responsibilities within acceptable standards
  • Contributes to profit goals by managing labor and food costs using the FOCUS system
  • Executes cash management duties
  • Assists in managing inventory levels to minimize loss
